Transactional Travel

When you have a good idea of what you need and where you want to stay (a straight-forward hotel reservation, for example) we do not charge a fee.  What’s in it for you? We leverage our extensive expertise and supplier relationships to get you the very best.

These amenities can include:

  • An upgrade if available

  • Early check-in/late checkout if available

  • Daily breakfast

  • A resort, food & beverage or spa credit

  • Complementary WiFi

Custom Trip Planning

For custom trips, we charge an up front planning fee that covers the time involved with researching and designing your trip to include hotel accommodations, privately guided tours and suggested activities. We work closely with all our clients in an iterative way to come up with a bespoke itinerary that is best for them. Prior to your trip, we reconfirm your arrangements with the hotels and service providers. Trip planning fees range based on length and complexity of the trip.
